If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient return process:

Conditions for Returns:

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
2. The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
4. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us at waywardfishingco@gmail.com with your issue
2. Ship the package back to us with the order number, name and issue. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

1. Used, damaged, or altered products.
2. All Sale or Clearance items
